The "Ex" boss of a mama shop,CEO of a company,the Cadet Lieutenant of a NCC,wait,why am I moving off from my topic,Long story short,The former head honcho(killer word) of the office came back to take a look see.It's axiomatic that the principal(Nor the former principal,nor any people from Hogwards,ESPECIALLY HARRY POTTER!) would want go to fix that Light.
He notice the Flashing lightbulb(and not this blog,how could he?[Shameless pandering at it's finest by the thick-skinned author]).He went to do a research on the workers and see which one of they actually wanted to go fixed the light.
He chose one from the crowded,the first guy was every excited.Then he got the first guy to another guy to talk to him(the former boss) about the faulty bulb.At that point,the second guy was equivalent to a 13 year old schoolgirl going for meeting Justin Bieber for the first time.
The first guy was a Jedi at fixing Lightbulb,he had experience,but never actually fixed one.The second one was willing to try,but had zero experience.The problem is none has fixed a lightbulb.
So,the mission(plausible,Sorry,Tom Cruise) to climb the ladder (of success,I might add) starts and the Journey to the Lightbulb begins...

Time to trade in....
I have been waiting for 2 years to change my phone.
Quite frankly,I have no idea what type of phone to get this time.So far,these are the phone options I have,Zilch,nada,zippo,bupkus(Thesaurus author's note:Insert another words of your choice for nonexistent here).
That really isn't the reason for this blog entry is not to brag about my new phone,but the real problem is actually (you,Lol,take a chill pill,bro/sis) the fact that I can't bear to part with my phone.
*Author's Note:Apparently this is not my phone,cause my phone would be much more beaten up(credits to google)
The problem(you) really makes me not wanna change my phone.

Plog Madness?
What in the hell exactly is a Plog.Well, A plog(In author's point of view) means Private blog,where I get blog about my personal stuff which I may not want to reveal in public(like My love life,personal feelings et cetera).However,I would still post stuff that runs through my head and I would wanna express my thoughts to people(I have a Plog).
What's my point of having a blog?Well,having a blog really makes you look back at the stupid stuff you probably did in the past to let people see(that's one reason why I have a plog)

The lightbulb story
I know I'm not the kinda guy who tells grandparent's story,but my story has it's purpose,if you understand good for you,if not,don't try to understand.
Once upon a time,there was a office with a faulty lightbulb
No one decided to go fix the faulty bulb
There are always a group of new comers each year to work.There will definitely go and attempt to replace it,there is a ladder(Potential) in the group,but when one attempts to climb the ladder and fix the bulb,the others discourage the person from moving forward.
So,the office has a ladder(potential),but it's just not motivated,nobody did anything help fix the light,
what would you have done?

adVENTURED
On 12 March 2011,I went for my 6th consecutive jobweek,which happens every year.That day I became the top scorer on day 1 for the first time in 6 years.
To me,it was really unexpected,because Jun Yan,Xun Wei and I plotted to be on par for our Jobweek,to see how they would divide the gifts.I accidentally messed up Zheng Xu's earning,because he went to work.
On the 2nd day,Dao Yong topped the venture unit with 180bucks.I won the overall Jobweek,by 2 dollars for the first time in my 6 year of scouting.
That is not the reason for my blog entry.I just wanted to talk about the last day.I just really felt that I had no power or whatsoever in Ventures.I took an observation at my fellow ventures.
When I went to the front,Jun yan told me there wasn't a need for so many leaders to be in the front,go back and fall in,so I went all the way to the back,then noticed how the venture unit had no discipline,like moving when falling in and the scout treated us as rolemodel.Zheng Xu turned around and face the remaining Venture unit like the venture chairperson.
"Why are you facing us?"I asked Zheng xu
"Why can't I face you?"He replied,then continue to stand at the same position,before deciding to change.
At that moment,I felt that everything I have ever accomplished,all my accolades,it meant nothing,I felt that I was nothing.
Later,I was given the task to facilitate the cleaning of toilet,which I felt that I was pushed to level ground,I feel I'm nothing in the Elite seal,just another Clown,nothing else.
What first attracted me to Ventures was the PSA,the highest acheivement anyone could get,now it is a pipe dream to me now.Nobody is doing anything to get it,so I have lost my purpose in staying any further.
I have decided to take a break from venturing and go play with my band,probably a tour.I'm not leaving,but I'm only going to be back if I can find a purpose to stay.

My ever "benevolent" Sister
Have you ever had a Sibling,which nosing into your business and give you(In front of your parent,How coincidental!) their wise "Experience".
I know I have.
My ever "benevolent" sister had interrupted my succession in Getting a new Macbook for my Poly year.
"Is it a want or need?" She asked.
Quite frankly,the people who know me,knows that I'm very into doing videos and the other stuff would really work in my way.
so I replied "For me,I feel it's a need"
"Don't be an Idiot la,it's obviously a want,then waste money on such stuff" She replied.She just wanna save my Dad's money.
and my dad constantly replies and in a way siding her "She is giving you the experience she have been through,listen to her"
I have been wanting to own a Macbook since early last year,it has been on my wish list for quite awhile,since the opportunity is here,why not take it?
Since this chapter already unfolded,I won't secretly buy a Macbook behind them(even though I can).I'm going to make them buy for me,whether they like it or not,Bank on that.

SO YOU THINK I'M AS GREEN AS GRASS,HUH?
Blogging is really about talking about your ups and your downs,there can't be ups all the way,that's life.
So early last month,I had a job as an instructor.They said I before I started working,I had to go 20 sessions(or 20 hours) as a trainee and I'm not going to be paid.
I first question the purpose of all this.I mean,I could be paid for while being a trainee,so I figured they wanted to test my endurance in taking jobs like this and proving I was not a flash in the pan.
So in the short 17 days,I completed my 20 sessions.

After that,there were totally no shifts,yes,I mean NO SHIFT AT ALL for me,I remember clearly on the last session,I asked Jerald,who is the boss that talks to me like I'm his best friend(clearly not),
Me:"why aren't there slots for me next week?"
"Because you shouldn't cut into other people's classes,I'll put you in a new school"He replied.
My confidence went back up......until next week's schedule,that is.

In the end,I didn't get the slot,as a matter of fact,I didn't even get a slot for 2 FREAKING WEEKS.

..But really,it wasn't my skating skills nor my teaching skills that were bad,I know that they have a ratio of 1Instructor :20 students,so I saw a slot which only had 2I and 60S,so I took my chance and sent an email to Jerald.

Then his reply was
If you don’t get paid…..will you still come for the session?
I mean what kind of boss ask his worker to do a job for free?Like I said,it's A FREAKING JOB!!!,not voluntary work.I spent my own money on transport and I expect to earn that amount back
I'm not saying I haven't learn anything there,it's just that I shouldn't be working for a company aren't using their manpower the correct way.
I am not afraid of the consequences and repercussion that may come because of putting this entry live.The most,I would lose the job,but the question is,did I have the job in the first place?

Finally....
After Months and Months of not returning to my former school,it's time,it's calling me to go back.4.3.11
I'm not going back to find any of my ex teachers,none find any of my juniors,I'm gonna go back and whop some Arse!!!Junior!.
A more correct term is go back and "teach" the boys,hahaha.I'll have fun video will be provided.
