Cubs Field Day

I feel very honoured to be given a chance from Ms Peh,the North area District commissioner to plan and organise such a huge event.I have ^never been given an opportunity to plan ANYTHING for my seven years of scouting,but Ms Peh gave the Stranger a chance.


I felt that my planning was okay,but it was average at best.There were points that I definitely could work on,I'm just glad that I have Zhen Wei to guide me along with what I should do.



There were people who were constantly helping me in getting the things done out,I'm very thankful for that.


Ms Peh taking in the all the losses,she didn't have to do that,but she did,she didn't want anyone to take the loss,which of course,was a very noble thing to do.


What went wrong was that the cubs arrived late,which screwed up our programme timing and the number that Ms Peh told me didn't match with the attendance present,Jun Yan has talked to me about this,which I agreed with him,so the only thing I could do wass to limit our spending.Some of the Ventures actually told me to spend everything given in the "Budget",but I controlled their spending to minimise the loss.


There were a few good thing that happened,like the how the games stations were already prepared and the games went swimmingly.The most important thing was that everyone was happy and enjoyed themselves,I think.


I'm just glad that it's finally over.
